To register for a CTLP course, use the Online Application Form.

Your registration will ordinarily be confirmed via email with instructions for submitting payment, within 1 week of your application. Please contact the CLTP program assistant with any questions about your registration.

After your registration is confirmed, send a cheque for $73.50 to the PLSB Victoria office at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date. If there is a waiting list for a course, spaces cannot be gauranteed until payment is received.

Cheques should be made payable to the Minister of Finance and dated for the first day the course starts. Please submit a separate cheque for each course.
