I'm
an UnderCover Reader!
My parents
think I'm sleeping
Tucked up tight in bed
Innocently dreaming
But instead...
I'm an UnderCover
Reader!
I've got my flashlight on
Huddled underneath the sheets
Trying not to yawn.
I'm like a
secret agent spy,
Working on a case,
Hiding, sneaking, peeking,
Trying not to lose my place
My book is
so exciting
It's really awfully good
So I couldn't put it down
Even though I should.
I'm an UnderCover
Reader!
I read and never stop
I'll hold my book for hours
'til I let it drop.
Tomorrow I'll
be tired
I'll sag and droop and bend
But I'll also know what happens
In "The End".
