Who
reads the "info@teensrc.ca" email?
All email sent to "info@teensrc.ca"
is forwarded to both Neil & Jacqueline. The email address
is available mainly to provide technical support and answer
questions about the website.
How do I move a book to a different
booklist (e.g. a title in "Other" that belongs in
one of the lists)?
1. Go to "Books"
2. Find the title that needs to be moved
3. Click on "Edit"
4. Using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the book details
page, select the correct booklist
How do I view the contact details for
a teen in the prize draw area?
Simply click on the teen's name in the prize
draw result list, and the teen's contact info will be visible.
When I click on Members in the top right corner I get
this error:

Teen
users do not have access to the Members list. This is actually
for their own protection as the Members list can contain personal
information about other users.
In
the forum, clicking on the TeenSRC logo does not take me back
to the Teen Website.
Jacqueline
had mentioned this at the web training session assuming, like
all of us, that it was an obvious thing to do. For some technical
reasons, the forum software does not allow us to do it. We are
going to change the initial forum start-up so that it opens
in a separate browser window so you can still have the TeenSRC
website open.
Question:
if teens post personal info on the forum, ie. photo, e-mail
address, should we edit that out?
Yes,
edit out all personal information - we don't want to be responsible
for any predators connecting with our teens!
